Tallymer (tallymer) Track Description
 

Description

This evidence track shows the tallymer analysis of the D. mojavensis genome. The index is created for 17-mers that occur more than 40 times in the genome. Overlapping 17-mers that span less than 60 bases were filtered from the results.
