Description

These tracks show the 3' position of nascent transcripts (3' NT) for RNAi treated Drosophila S2 cells.

These datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE49106. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
