Description

These tracks show the ChIP-chip enrichment profiles for DRB Sensitivity Inducing Factor (DSIF), Negative Elongation Factor (NELF), and Transcription Factor II A (TFIIA). The NimbleGen ChIP-chip datasets were obtained from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus database under the accession number GSE20471, and then analyzed using the Ringo package in Bioconductor.
