Description

This track shows the cumulative strand-specific RNA-Seq coverage for different tissues of D. melanogaster. The RNA-Seq read coverage for each sample was normalized by a wigsum of 100,000,000 (1 million 100bp reads) using the bam2wig.py program in RSeQC, and then combined into a single track.

The RNA-Seq reads were obtained from the ENCODE data portal at UCSC on August 2019, and then mapped against the D. melanogaster dm6 genome assembly using HISAT2.
