Description

These tracks show the results from Formaldehyde-Assisted Isolation of Regulatory Elements Sequencing (FAIRE-Seq) of 2-3 hour Drosophila embryos lacking maternal Zelda (zldM-) and of control embryos (yw). The peak calls and the log likelihood ratio evidence tracks were produced by MACS2.

The datasets were obtained from the NCBI BioProject database under the accession number PRJNA275186.
