These tracks show the positions that are enriched in the transcription factor Zelda
before (mitotic cycles 8-9), during (mitotic cycle 13), and after (mitotic cycle 14) the maternal-to-zygotic transition (MZT). The peak calls and the log likelihood ratio evidence tracks were produced by MACS2.
