These tracks show the observed (annotated) transcription start sites (obsTSS) and novel unannotated transcription start sites (nuTSS) that were identified by Start-Seq in D. melanogaster 3rd instar larvae. The datasets were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE96922. The analysis results were lifted from the D. melanogaster Release 5 assembly over to the Release 6 assembly.
