RNA PolII MACS Peaks (polII_macs) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the regions in the genome that are significantly enriched in RNA Polymerase II as determined by MACS2. ChIP-Seq reads from the two technical replicates of each biological replicate were merged prior to the MACS2 analyses.
