Gap (gap) Track Description

Description

This track depicts gaps — represented by black boxes — in the D. pseudoobscura genome sequence. An assembly region is designated as a gap if the sequence contains a series of Ns. The minimum number of Ns that constitute a gap varies among assemblies.
