Unique ChIP-chip Probes (unique_ChIPchip_probes) Track Description

Description

These tracks show the locations of microarray probes that can be uniquely placed in the D. melanogaster (dm6) assembly. Each probe was mapped against the genome assembly using exonerate and only the alignments with 97% identity or above were kept. The uniqueness of the probes was determined by the posToProbeAnno function in the Ringo package in Bioconductor.
