ORGANIC Enrichment (S2 Cells) (GSE45672_ORGANIC) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the regions that are enriched in GAGA Factor (GAF) and Pipsqueak (Psq) in Drosophila S2 cells based on the Occupied Regions Genomes from Affinity-purified Naturally Isolated Chromatin (ORGANIC) profiles. Only reads with an estimated fragment length of 50 bp or less (len25) were used to create the read coverage tracks.

The datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE45672. The peak calls for GAF and Psq were obtained from Supplemental File 1 of the manuscript by Kasinathan S and colleagues.
