Description

These tracks show the results of the ChIP-Seq analyses of histone modifications, RNA Polymerase II, and TATA-binding protein (TBP) for Drosophila embryos during the midblastula transition (MBT). The peak calls and the log likelihood ratio evidence tracks were produced by MACS.
