modERN TF Peaks (modERN_peaks) Track Description
 

Description

This track shows the transcription factor binding profiles that were produced by the model organism Encyclopedia of Regulatory Networks (modERN) project. The optimal peaks were obtained from the modERN project web site. The optimal peaks were then partitioned by developmental stages.

The evidence tracks for the individual transcription factors are available through the ENCODE Portal.
