Zelda ChIP-Seq (zelda_chipseq) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the positions that are enriched in the transcription factor Zelda before (mitotic cycles 8-9), during (mitotic cycle 13), and after (mitotic cycle 14) the maternal-to-zygotic transition (MZT). The peak calls and the log likelihood ratio evidence tracks were produced by MACS2.

The datasets were obtained from the NCBI BioProject database under the accession number PRJNA144105.
