Polytene TADs (R5) (GSE72512_polytene_TADs) Track Description
 

Description

This track shows the Topologically Associating Domains (TADs) defined by Hi-C analysis of Drosophila polytene chromosomes. The analysis results were obtained from Supplemental Table S1 in the manuscript by Eagen and colleagues. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster Release 5 assembly over to the Release 6 assembly.
