HiCseg Domains (Kc167) (R5) (GSE85503_Kc_HiCseg) Track Description

Description

This track shows the domains identified by HiCseg based on Hi-C data for D. melanogaster Kc167 cells. The predictions were obtained from the NCBI GEO database under the accession number GSE85503. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster Release 5 assembly over to the Release 6 assembly.
