MARs (Embryos) (MARs_embryos) Track Description

Description

These tracks show the putative Matrix Attachment Regions (MARs) in D. melanogaster 0-16 hours embryos. The MAR ABI SOLiD reads were mapped against the D. melanogaster genome using CUSHAW3. The MAR peak calls and the log likelihood ratio evidence tracks were produced by MACS.

The MAR sequencing reads were obtained from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the accession number SRP035544.
