Het. Domains (R5) (het_domains) Track Description

Description

This track depicts the genomic locations of heterochromatic domains based on the enrichment of H3K9me3 identified by the get.broad.enrichment.cluster method in SPP. The analysis results were lifted from the D. melanogaster Release 5 assembly over to the Release 6 assembly.

Credits

The locations of the heterochromatic domains were obtained from the Comparative modENCODE / ENCODE web site.
