Description

These tracks show the nascent transcripts predicted by FStitch based on Precision Run-On and sequencing (PRO-seq) datasets for Drosophila S2 cells.

The S2_NHS_PRO_seq dataset was retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE77607.
