TES (Celniker) (R5) (celniker_tes) Track Description
 

Description

This track shows the transcription end sites (TES) in D. melanogaster that have been identified by the modENCODE Drosophila Transcriptome group. These TES annotations are supported by RNA-Seq data or the poly(A) tail of full-length cDNAs.
