Schor 2017 CAGE Peaks (R5) (schorCAGE) Track Description
 

Description

This track shows the CAGE TSS clusters identified by Schor IE et al., 2017. The TSS clusters were generated based on the analysis of CAGE datasets for 81 Drosophila lines.

Methods

The CAGE TSS clusters dataset was obtained from the Furlong lab web site, and then lifted from the release 5 to the release 6 assembly.
