SNS Origins of Replication (R5) (sns_origins) Track Description

Description

These tracks show the locations of potential origins of replications based on the results of Short Nascent Strand Sequencing (SNS-Seq).

Credits

The datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE65692. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
