Description

These tracks show the read coverage from Precision Run-On and sequencing (PRO-seq) of Drosophila S2 cells. The evidence tracks also include results from a modified version of PRO-seq that was designed to detect initiation sites (PRO-cap).

Credits

The datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE42117. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
