Description

These tracks show the read coverage from Precision Run-On and sequencing (PRO-seq) of Drosophila BG3 cells.

Adapter sequences were removed from the PRO-seq reads using cutadapt. The reverse complement of the trimmed reads were produced using the fastx_reverse_complement program in FASTX-Toolkit. These reads were mapped against the D. melanogaster genome using bwa, and only the reliably mapped reads were kept. The read coverage tracks were produced using the genomeCoverageBed program in bedtools.
