Description

This track shows the BLAT alignments of transcripts assembled by Trinity using the genome-guided approach. RNA-Seq data from different D. kikkawai samples were assembled separately and then combined using the tr2aacds.pl program in EvidentialGene. Only the transcripts that have been classified by EvidentialGene as "okay" were used in the BLAT search.
