Description

These tracks show the locations of putative Transcription Start Sites (TSS) in the D. kikkawai genome based on the analysis of RAMPAGE results from D. kikkawai mixed embryos and adult females samples. The RAMPAGE reads were mapped against the D. kikkawai (DkikHiC1) assembly using STAR. The putative promoter regions were identified by TSRchitect.

Credits

The RAMPAGE data were produced by the Gingeras Lab at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
