GRO-Seq (R5) (GROSeq) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the read coverage from global run-on sequencing (GRO-Seq) of untreated S2 cells. The values were normalized against the total number of mapped reads.

Credits

The datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE58957. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
