Core LJ 2012 GRO-Seq (R5) (corelj_GROSeq) Track Description
 

Description

These tracks show the read coverage from global run-on sequencing (GRO-Seq) of D. melanogaster S2 cells. The NELF RNAi sample was treated with double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs) targeting NELF-B and NELF-E. The mock RNAi sample was treated with dsRNAs against β-galactosidase. Treatment with the anionic detergent Sarkosyl results in the resumption of transcription by paused polymerases.

Credits

The datasets were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database at NCBI under the accession number GSE23544. The results were lifted from the D. melanogaster release 5 assembly to the release 6 assembly.
