Description

This track shows the DNA melting temperature within a 9bp sliding window as estimated by the dan EMBOSS tool. The melting temperatures were determined using the following parameters:


-windowsize=9 -shiftincrement=1 -dnaconc=50 -saltconc=50 -mintemp=55
