Description
These tracks show the putative topologically associated domain (TAD) boundaries in nuclear cycle 14 D. melanogaster embryos. The TAD boundaries were determined by Stadler MR and colleagues based on Hi-C datasets.
The Manual TAD boundaries were determined by visual inspection of the Hi-C data. The Computational TAD boundaries were determined by a custom program developed by Stadler MR and colleagues. The Representative TAD boundaries correspond to the set of high confidence manual and computational TAD boundaries. The TAD boundaries were obtained from Supplementary file 1 from the manuscript by Stadler MR and colleagues.
